My passion and curiosity grew till I quit my Corporate job and did my Patisserie City and Guilds diploma at WELTEC, Wellington - NZ in 2007. After working in cafes, restaurants, hotels and bakeries in and around Wellington and Auckland, I am finally creating cakes for people one on one and I have to say it is very satisfying" - Arthi
